Hello, I'm Amy Spindler RCRT and my work is deeply rooted in care, presence, and a profound understanding of life experiences. With 30 years in the luxury hotel industry, I’ve had the privilege of living and working in various places around the globe. This journey taught me that people remember not just the service they receive, but how it made them feel. This principle continues to guide my practice today.

Five years ago, I embarked on my journey into medical aesthetics, and four years ago, I began exploring reflexology—a passion I've cherished since childhood. What started as a career shift has evolved into a calling: to create a nurturing space where individuals can feel supported, grounded, and rejuvenated.

As a caregiver myself, I have navigated profound loss and ongoing responsibilities. I understand the emotional and physical toll that caregiving, stress, and trauma can impose on the body. These personal experiences shape my approach to care, allowing me to work with empathy, gentleness, humor, and a deep respect for each person's nervous system and capacity.

As an honors graduate in Medical Aesthetics and a Registered Reflexologist , my focus is strictly therapeutic. I use advanced knowledge to treat the body as a whole system. From targeted foot reflexology to medical -grade skin barrier support my treatments are calming, intentional, and supportive, while nurturing the nervous system, alleviating stress, and helping the body achieve balance. My mobile practice brings advanced clinical-level wellness directly to your door.
